Terms of purchase

Generally
The purchase conditions listed below apply when you as a consumer place an order via Happiears, org no: 559153-9183.

Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation.

Award
The prices include VAT at 25%. The total cost of the purchase will be clear before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase.

Deliveries
Deliveries are sent with PostNord. If possible, the shipment is delivered directly to your mailbox. In cases where the item does not go into the letter box, PostNord leaves a notice for collection from a representative. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you. refund if desired. 

For orders within Sweden, there is always free shipping. Usually the item will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. Our goal is for the customer to have their goods delivered within 1-4 working days. 

Personal data and GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal information. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).

Right of withdrawal conditions 

If you have received a damaged item, send an email to info@happiears.com. Enter your name, order number and a short description of the product's damage.

When you buy a product on our website or remotely, you have the right to withdraw. This means that you has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement by leaving or sending us a notice to this effect within 14 days from the day you received the product in question in your possession. You must send the message to info@happiears.com and in the message you must state your name and order number and which product you want to return. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the standard form that can be downloaded from the Swedish Consumer Agency's website (www.konsumentverket.se) and send it to us by e-mail.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must without undue delay and no later than within 14 days At own cost return or return the product in question.

We will then refund all you paid to us for the product. The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we received your notification of your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal regarding the order. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you have used for the current order, unless we explicitly agree otherwise. Our implementation of the refund as such will not incur any additional costs for you. We reserve the right to wait to complete the refund until we have received the products back from you or until you have submitted evidence that you have returned them, and will wait until any of these events have occurred.

If we find when we receive the product back that you have handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or function, you are obliged to replace us for the depreciation of the product.

Exemption from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to used product, due to health or hygiene reasons.
